Can I draw my signature, upload an image, or type my name?
All three methods work in FynePDF's Sign PDF tool. Draw with a mouse, trackpad or finger; upload a transparent PNG of your existing signature; or type your name and have it rendered in a signature font. Signed-in users can save a signature for reuse, so the next document takes one click. Signatures are drag-and-drop and can be resized to fit any field.
Can I send a document to someone else to sign?
Yes. In Sign PDF, choose Me and others, add each person's name and email, and mark where they sign or let them place it themselves. FynePDF emails each of them a private link, and they sign on any phone or computer with no account. Your Library shows who has signed and lets you send reminders. Do the people I ask to sign need a FynePDF account?

How do I know when everyone has signed?
Your Library shows each request's status: who has signed, who hasn't, and when the link expires. You can remind each signer up to three times, a day apart, and you get an email once the last person signs.

Is it safe to use Sign PDF on FynePDF? Are my files secure?
Yes. When you sign a PDF yourself, it is signed in your browser and the document does not need to be uploaded. When you ask others to sign, the document is kept in your Library so each signer can open it from their private link, which stops working after 14 days. Processing is automated, FynePDF staff do not manually read your document, and files are never used to train AI models. Saved signatures live only in your own account.
What's the difference between an electronic signature and a digital signature?
An electronic signature can be drawn, typed, or uploaded as an image. A certificate-based digital signature uses cryptography to identify changes to a signed file.
