FynePDF starts at $0. The Free plan needs no credit card. Professional is $7/month billed annually, or $10/month billed monthly. Premium is $15/month billed annually, or $20/month billed monthly. Enterprise pricing is custom.

All 36+ tools, 10 tasks per day, and 500MB of storage. AI tools have lower caps: 10 chat interactions, 50-page summaries, and 15MB per file. No credit card is required and there is no trial that expires the free plan stays free.

The main difference is how much you can process. Professional is $7/month billed annually and covers up to 5GB of total processing per month, with 5GB of storage, no daily task limit, and unlimited AI chat, summarize and compare. Premium is $15/month billed annually and removes the monthly processing cap entirely, so there is no ceiling on how much you run through it. Premium also adds 15GB of storage, unlimited AI redaction, larger per-file limits, priority processing, and 24/7 chat support. Choose Premium if you process large volumes month to month, or if you regularly work with files over 100MB.

On Professional, AI chat, summarize, compare and AI agents are unlimited in how often you use them, but your total monthly processing is capped at 5GB, and each file can be up to 100MB or 2,000 pages. AI redaction is capped at 1,000 pages. On Premium there is no monthly processing cap and every AI tool is unlimited, with a ceiling of 250MB or 3,000 pages per file.

On Free, tools stop accepting new tasks once you reach 10 in a day, and your allowance resets the next day. On Professional, once you reach 5GB of processing in a billing month, further tasks wait until the month resets or until you upgrade. Premium has no daily task limit and no monthly processing cap.

Annual billing costs 30% less. Professional drops from $10 to $7 per month, saving $36 a year. Premium drops from $20 to $15, saving $60 a year. If you use FynePDF more than a few times a month, the annual plan pays for itself quickly.

Yes to all three. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account settings at any time — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel an annual plan and you keep access until the billing period ends, then have 15 days to download your stored files. Files under 100MB stay in your free account permanently; only files above the free tier limit are removed after that window. For refunds, contact support within 7 days of your first payment on a paid plan and we will review your request.

Yes. FynePDF Professional is $7/month billed annually. Adobe Acrobat Pro is $19.99/month at standard pricing, and its AI Assistant is a paid add-on on top of that. FynePDF includes every AI tool in the base plan and has a free tier; Acrobat offers a 7-day trial only.

Yes. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, over an encrypted connection. FynePDF never sees or stores your card details.
